Terms and Conditions – Blinks Solutions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Blinks Solutions. By placing an order, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All services provided by Blinks Solutions are based on the information, requirements, and instructions provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details submitted are accurate and complete.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders are only confirmed once payment or official approval has been received. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.
3. Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and order complexity. Nairobi CBD orders qualify for same-day delivery if placed before 4:00 PM. Orders outside Nairobi CBD are delivered within one working day with a delivery fee of Ksh 500.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Refunds & Returns Policy. Blinks Solutions reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Blinks Solutions will not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect information provided by the client, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party service disruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Blinks Solutions remain the property of Blinks Solutions until full payment has been received. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
Blinks Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
